Kroonhout was formally registered and established in 2019. The owner is Bertus Kruger. Bertus has been building bespoke furniture for the past 10 years and general carpentry, from building roof structures to kitchens. During 2016 he decided to get more involved in woodworking specializing in bespoke furniture manufacture. He started building his wood shop in L’Agulhas the southernmost tip of Africa.
